Charles McDaniel Park
2225 Heritage Drive

This park next to the Globe Academy boasts a multi-use field, a basketball court, exercise stations, a playground, picnic tables and a wooded trail.  Parking is limited.  NOTE: This park is owned and operated by Dekalb County Schools and is not available during school hours.

Fisher Trail Park
2240 Fisher Trail

This is a small woodland park with a short trail that is suitable for walking your dog or enjoying nature.  It borders the North Fork of Peachtree Creek and has been known to flood during heavy rainstorms so please use caution.  Parking is limited to the street.

Mary Scott Nature Park
4150 Briarcliff Road

Mary Scott Nature Park is 10.6 acres of central DeKalb County greenspace featuring a kids play area and a nature trail highlighting native plants and leading to an old homestead.  Ample parking is available.

Mason Mill Park
1340 McConnell Drive

This is the largest park in the area and boasts a very large children’s playground, a community garden, tennis courts, a dog park and an extended trail system that links to other parks in the area.  There is ample parking for this popular park.

Pendergrast Park
1996 Chrysler Drive
